At Be Delighted, we want to ensure your satisfaction with each purchase. However, due to the unique nature of our platform, we only accept returns and refunds under certain conditions. Please read the details below carefully.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand the importance of receiving products in perfect condition, and we are here to help make it right.
- Incorrect Products: In the rare case that you receive an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately to arrange for a return or replacement.
In these cases, we may ask for photos or additional details to help us assess the issue and proceed with a solution.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
- Items on Sale or Special Promotions: Any item purchased on sale or under a special promotion is non-refundable.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned once purchased.
Please note that while we offer a try-before-you-buy option on many products, samples may not be available for all full-size products listed on our platform.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact our support team at contact@bedelighted.com.au. Provide your order details, a description of the issue, and any necessary photos if your product was damaged or incorrect.
After reviewing your request:
- We will confirm if the return is approved and provide the return address and instructions.
- If the return is approved, you may receive a return shipping label and further instructions on how to package and return the item.
Important: Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return approval. Items returned without authorization will not be processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome:
- Approved Refunds: If approved, a refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Rejected Returns: If the returned item does not meet the conditions for a refund, we will inform you via email.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received the refund, please contact us at contact@bedelighted.com.au.
